Global Knowledgebase provides a search system to present documents, pictures and FAQs for the general public with the ability for users to sign-up to receive notifications of any updates to any article listed.  The Knowledgebase System allows for customized, theme-based styles and makes a great addition to any company's online support strategy.

Multiple User Access Levels
Knowledgebase user management permits automatic or manual enrollment. Registered users can submit inquiries to the system administrator and configure an email notification request for any updates to a specific article of interest.   Knowledgebase allows multiple access levels to be set up for selected personnel to administer the system data store and access reporting.

Document Management System
The Knowledgebase administrator can create new content and edit the cross reference list for any article.  Three types of documents are supported: Image, Text and Question & Answer.  Knowledgebase allows for external resource linkage for a downloadable file or external web site information to be presented as well.

Management Reporting
Knowledgebase provides administrative reports for Popular Searches, Popular Documents Viewed and a User Login Report.
