Payment History and Tracking
NextBill enables a company and its customers to search through all historical bills and invoices based on account name, account number, date and invoice number for all open, closed, and disputed invoices or bills.  Bills and invoices can be stored as long as needed because BFC Invoice Manager business rules are completely configurable.

Dispute Resolution
Save time with NextBill’s dispute resolution tool.  Customers are able to dispute total bills or invoices or even dispute individual line items within an invoice.  Customers are also able to describe the dispute reason within the NextBill system.  Automated disputes will reduce staff time and costs.
